This was the second installment of this new party series in Brooklyn that brings together the sounds of reggae, dancehall, dubstep, drum n’ bass, jungle and ragga jungle. Headlined by my boy Tester from Atlanta, it featured a great line up all around! I shot a bunch of video, edited and posted it up. Check them out below and get a feel of the fun vibes and sick beats that were dropped at this event. Next one coming in May, and i’ll be playing it! One of my favorite singers / mc’s out of Brooklyn has always been this cat: Jahdan Blakkamore. Extremely talented he can toast over dancehall beats, dubstep, hip hop, drum n’ bass….you name it. His star is rising more and more rapidly and it’s good to see that this guy keeps only getting better all the while staying super versatile. Check out this mixtape, that only lends a glimpse into his catalog. The beats are also great, going from super chill to hype to sometimes out there, but always intriguing, catchy and with very interesting samples. Much respect to Matt Shadetek and DJ/Rupture. Brooklyn Quality takin’ over!
